1. Acceptance
By using the GoKlips website or services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your account secure. Clipper accounts are free. You may not create multiple accounts to bypass campaign or payout limits.
3. GoKlips's role
GoKlips is an agency that runs clipping campaigns. Brand accounts are not self-serve; campaigns are created by the GoKlips team after agreement with the client.
4. Content and rights
The client warrants that it owns or has licensed the source content for each campaign and that distributing it infringes no third-party rights. Clippers use only the source content the campaign provides, and grant GoKlips and the client a licence to use the published clips for campaign purposes.
5. How earnings are calculated
Earnings = (verified views ÷ 1,000) × the campaign rate per 1,000 views. Only approved, verified views count, capped by the campaign budget. Pre-verification estimates are not final.
6. Payouts
Earnings are paid out automatically each week (on Fridays) to your saved payout method, subject to a 50 EGP minimum balance. GoKlips reviews every payout. Earnings may be withheld or reversed for violations.
7. Prohibited conduct
No fake, bought or automated views; no re-posting duplicate clips; no impersonating accounts; no unlicensed content; no bypassing campaign rules; no attempts to manipulate metrics.
8. Termination
GoKlips may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, and withhold unpaid earnings arising from the breach.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. GoKlips does not guarantee any specific number of views or earnings.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted on this page.
