1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, hashed password), clipper details (country, dialect, social handles), payout details (InstaPay or wallet number), clip URLs and metrics, booking messages, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security.
2. How we use data
To operate accounts and campaigns, calculate earnings and process payouts, match clippers to campaigns, prevent fraud, and send service email (email verification, password reset, community notifications).
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — login session and language preference. No advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it uses an anonymised identifier.
4. Third parties
We use providers to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email (Resend), and image storage (Vercel Blob). We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
We keep account, earnings and payout data while the account is active, and afterwards for as long as required by law or to resolve disputes.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data via admin@goklips.com, subject to legal obligations.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is over HTTPS, and admin access is limited. No system can guarantee absolute security.
